The main aim of the electronic exchange of Ukrainian and Czech informational-analytical service is to become a real business intermediary between entrepreneurs and businessmen of Ukraine and the Czfch Republic. This information may be useful for other users of our site too.

          The tasks of the exchange are the following :

• Information concerning current situation on the capital and stock markets of Ukraine and the Czech Republic;

• Everyday news on the exchange indexes and exchange rates of the main world to the national currencies of Ukrain and the Czech Republic;

• Possibility to bid the commercial offers and tenders at the exchange;

• Regular information about capital and stock situation in Ukraine and in the Czech Republic.

1. The exchange bid must contein the full information about offered goods or services and at the same time must be maximum laconic.

2. Exchange administrator is not responsible for the за precision and completeness of the offered information and of the bid terms.

3. Exchange administrator has a right to get off a bid from the exchange in case if:

   non-commercial nature and offered services have coarse character;

   • A bid without complete data about offered goods, quantity, measurement units, cost (or price), payment and delivery condition etc.;

   • A bid without complete adress applicant data.

4. Maximum term of bids keeping at the exchange is 60 days.

5. Bid submission is free of charge.
