At
present both visa and visa-free orders for visiting Ukraine by the
foreigners are determined by the Ukrainian legislation.
On June 28, 2000 the agreement between the Czech Republic
and Ukraine on visa-free trips finished and visa regime
of entry came at work. The visas are made out in
Consular departments of Embassy of Ukraine in the Czech Republic in
Prague.
The
foreigners who enter (leave) Ukraine through the border
crossing point having the travel documents (passports) and in case
of availability of the visa, if other entry order is not established
by the legislation of Ukraine.
Departure
of the foreigners and stateless persons who temporarily staied
in Ukraine, leave in the same order, in which they have entered
Ukraine.
The
foreigners and person without citizenship who permanently live
in Ukraine or stay in Ukraine with the purpose of employment it
is ground of Center of employment or study leave abroad according to
the passport documents with the conforming marks and permition for
residing.
Transit
through Ukraine is permited if foreigner has transit Ukrainian
visa, visa of country of destination, tickets or other documents,
which confirm transit nature of trip.
